Hed means ‘to make’
Bringing the unique Thai dining experience that is hard to find in the United States.
Khao gaeng is a typical way of eating a quick meal in Thai culture. Within one single meal--and oftentimes with only one plate--you get to taste different dishes with flavors and textures that complement themselves. Rice sits in the center, and a small portion of 2-3 stir-fries, soups, curries or fried items are served alongside. Hed presents this unique culture with our tri-colored rice from Thailand, an appetizer, a stir-fry, a curry, a fried item, a variety of sauces and seasonal vegetables on the side.
The selection of food from various regions will take diners from north to south and all around Thailand as they try different dishes here. We serve food in sets, each of which includes 1 main dish and 2-3 side dishes that complement one another--representing the many plates in one Thai meal.
We are open for guests daily at 88 Hardie Pl.
