La Luna's chef/owner Elvia has been enchanted by sweets ever since she was a young girl. In order to craft a beautifully decorated cake that was delicious (and not too sugary), she took both pastry and decoration classes to create new flavors with innovative decorations. Elvia uses locally grown and fresh products to bake all sorts of recipes, and prides herself on desserts that delight.
