Come celebrate immigrant art and stories, as the Ferry Building’s Grand Hall turns into a silent disco. 100 pairs of headphones, two channels, and music drawn from every culture represented in the show: Chinese, Filipino, Palestinian, Colombian, Chilean, Rajasthani, Ukrainian. You choose what you hear. The person next to you is hearing something else. Highlight the diversity of music and culture in the Bay Area.
ArtSpan and the San Francisco Ferry Building present Arrivals, an Art-In-Neighborhoods exhibition showcasing work by six local ArtSpan Artist Members whose lives and practices have been shaped by the immigrant experience.
Free RSVP and cash bar, card accepted too. Show up early if you want headphones. Headphones cycle through the night so don't stress if you're not first in line.
