The 7th annual Celebrate Bastille Day SF Festival returns to Embarcadero Plaza on Saturday, July 18th, 2026, from 11 AM to 6 PM. As the Bay Area’s largest public celebration of France’s National Day, this year’s festival also honors 250 years of historic friendship between France and the United States and you are invited to join the celebration!

Attendees can immerse themselves in French heritage and culture through a vibrant lineup of activities, including:

  • Authentic Culinary Delights: A wide variety of food vendors serving delicious French crepes, pastries, and more.
  • Drinks & Shopping: Two bars serving an array of wine and beer, alongside a diverse marketplace of French vendors, artists, and authors.
  • Live Entertainment: Engaging performances by local bands and dancers throughout the day.

Special History Tours: Ahead of the festival, San Francisco City Guides will host special walking tours titled "1850s San Francisco: Paris of the Pacific" at 10 AM and 1 PM. Advanced registration is required.
