Sana Javeri Kadri and Asha Loupy are co-authors of Diaspora Spice Co. Cookbook: Seasonal Home Cooking from South Asia’s Best Spice Farms.
Sana Javeri Kadri is the founder of Diaspora Spice Co., a direct trade spice company building a radically equitable, sustainable, and more delicious spice supply chain. She founded Diaspora Spice Co. in 2017 with a bold vision and a shoestring budget. Asha Loupy is an Oakland-based food writer, recipe developer, and co-author of The Diaspora Spice Co. Cookbook.
All demos take place in the Foodwise Classroom (under the tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
