About Stagiaire Wines

Brent Mayeaux started Stagiaire in 2018. The name is French for apprentice. His approach is humble, hands-on, always learning. He works with regenerative and organic growers from Santa Cruz to Sonoma, staying close to the vineyard from the ground up. The wines are raw and alive. Spontaneous fermentations, nothing added, nothing taken away.
