MOMO Noodle is a San Francisco-based Sichuan-style noodle (“拌面 Bàn Miàn”) restaurant known for providing authentic flavors, fast service, and a happy dining experience. Currently, the business operates one brick-and-mortar restaurant at 455 Market St and two food trucks, which have been listed as TOP Food Trucks by the SF Chronicle since 2019.
The flavors for MOMO Noodle were inspired by the delicious dry noodles the founders grew up eating during childhood. “Bàn Miàn,” also known as dry stirred noodles, is a traditional comfort dish in China used to energize the day.
