Ritual Coffee Roasters sets a high standard for quality and sustainable sourcing while working to demystify the coffee experience. Ritual pays double to triple the commodity market value for specialty-grade coffees, well above “fair trade” prices, and buys from smallholder farmers it knows personally. Through sustainable base prices, quality incentives, and infrastructure investment, partner producers earn more and reinvest in their farms.

FiDi Café
Ritual’s Financial District café is a “full circle” location. In 2003, the same space was a Torrefazione Italia, where founder Eileen managed before starting Ritual. Today it is home to the newest Ritual, an homage to Italian coffee bars and the building’s midcentury modern design, with high ceilings, a long bar counter, and views of passing cable cars.
