About the Work

Axis Mundi transforms the Hobart Building into a luminous realm of crystalline snowflakes and mirrored halls. Beginning deep inside a crystal, the journey unfolds around an angelic figure whose touch brings the surrounding world to life. As she takes flight, she spreads light through the mirrored architecture, awakening more of the realm in her wake. The journey culminates in an ascent through a vast constellation of illuminated snowflakes.
