Matt Taylor’s wines are built on patience — shaped by coast, mountain, and an unshakable belief in place. Verjus is hosting Matt for one night only, pouring across vintages and cuvées from Komorebi, Ink Grade, and beyond. Chardonnays, Pinot Noirs, and Cabernets defined by clarity, restraint, and quiet depth. The night will be intimate, wine-led, and deeply convivial.
Paired with a four-course menu designed to support the wines, the night offers a chance to taste broadly across Taylor’s world, coastal and alpine, poetic and precise. Matt Taylor will be with us to share the stories and decisions behind each bottle.
