Walking Tour: Secrets and Stories of San Francisco's "Wall Street of the West"
Public Tickets $20, SFHS Members Free
Travel back in time to discover the stories and significance of the companies and people whose names adorn Financial District buildings. In addition to Silver Kings, the Big Four, and renowned bankers, this tour will introduce you to many others who “mined the miners” to create wealth beyond any normal imagination.
Tours led by Thom Jackson.
Tours are approximately 90 minutes and start from the San Francisco Historical Society located at 608 Commercial Street. Tickets are limited to 20 on a first-come, first-serve basis. In case or rain, tour will be rescheduled. There are several parking garages nearby along with public transportation options.
