Our Downtown Clean Team is more than just a cleaning crew; they are a critical force for economic vitality and an inviting downtown. Working seven days a week, our team tackles everything from trash and litter to spills and the safe removal of hazardous materials. As the first impression for workers, residents, investors, and visitors, the cleanliness of our streets is the linchpin for all downtown activity.
Specialized Services
Beyond daily maintenance, we provide specialized services that enhance our streetscape and protect property values. We deep-clean sidewalks on a regular rotation and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for graffiti, offering rapid removal. This commitment to a pristine environment ensures that our district remains a premier destination for business and a source of pride for everyone who lives, works, and visits here.

DSFP’s Safety Ambassadors are the eyes and ears of our district for businesses and property owners. These team members are trained to observe, advise, and report on quality-of-life issues and provide resources to those in need.
Hospitality Ambassadors
Our latest addition to DSFP's comprehensive service offerings, Hospitality Ambassadors focus on creating an even more welcoming environment. They are experts in the area, ready to offer a helping hand to those in need, whether it’s providing directions, recommendations for nearby restaurants and shopping, or even safely escorting workers to their vehicles.
Affiliate Membership Services
The Downtown SF Partnership is extending its impact beyond our boundaries with the Affiliate Member Program. Launched in 2023, this program allows properties just outside our district to receive valuable member benefits, including cleaning, safety, and marketing services. Current members, such as the Port of San Francisco and One Maritime, have already experienced the value of our work. DSFP deploys supplemental cleaning and safety services to the Port of SF for special events, such as APEC, Fleet Week, New Year's Eve, and the SF Marathon.
