Looking for a change for Thanksgiving dinner? Choices for first and second Thanksgiving courses include grilled octopus, avgolemono soup with chicken confit, Fattoush, ahi tuna tartare, roasted heritage turkey, American wagyu filet, simply grilled Lavraki, and roasted king salmon. Of course, you still get your classic sides with Cretan style potatoes, pork sausage and chestnut stuffing, and crispy Brussels sprouts for the table. To wrap up Thanksgiving on a sweet note, there’s candied citrus ravani for dessert.

Orafo is Four Seasons Embarcadero’s Californian-Italian restaurant. Celebrate Thanksgiving at Orafo with a special prix fixe menu served from 3-10 PM on Thursday, November 23. Located at 222 Sansome St, Orafo, will be serving up some good soup for this chilly autumn season with a roasted pumpkin soup in its $98 prix fixe menu. You can opt for the chicory salad if you're not feeling the soup. In addition to the seasonal soup, you can enjoy a choice of Diestel turkey dinner, braised beef short ribs, or grilled salmon. The turkey comes with classic Thanksgiving sides like mashed potatoes, green beans, and wild mushrooms. If you have a sweet tooth, make room in your stomach for a pumpkin cheesecake or apple tart dessert to wrap up your Thanksgiving dinner.


Thanksgiving with One Market Restaurant

One Market Restaurant — 1 Market St

One Market Restaurant, located at 1 Market St, has an incredible four-course Thanksgiving menu with dinner priced at $95 per adult and $49 per child under the age of 10. Join One Market Restaurant for a savory and sweet Thanksgiving feast with options for everyone on Thursday, November 23 from 1-8 PM. Or you can order the to-go option, available Wednesday, November 22, to feed your Thanksgiving crowd at home! For first course, you have the option of a butternut squash soup, caramelized pear and arugula salad, or baby beet salad. For the main course, you have the option of a roasted Diestel turkey with a classic corn bread-sausage stuffing, spit roasted Berkshire pork loin, or pan seared king salmon. There is also a vegetarian entrée option available. For dessert, you have the option of a classic apple hand pie, chocolate bread pudding, or pumpkin tart.


Thanksgiving at Terrene

Terrene — 8 Mission St

Enjoy scenic views of the Embarcadero with your Thanksgiving meal from 1 Hotel San Francisco’s restaurant, Terrene, located at 8 Mission St. Thanksgiving at Terrene will be happening from 4-10 PM on Thursday, November 23 and a portion of proceeds will be donated to the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank. Terrene’s $115 prix fixe Thanksgiving meal includes a turkey breast roulade, cornbread stuffing, truffled potato rosti, cauliflower puree, Swiss chard, and a kabocha squash tartlet. Whew! That’s sure to leave you stuffed for sure. On a plant-based diet? No worries! Terrene also offers vegan and gluten-free options.
