Details
Ollie is a professional musician native to the San Francisco Bay Area. A second generation jazz bass player, he has a BA in Jazz Studies from the California Jazz Conservatory, and has studied and played in New Orleans, New York, Cuba and Brazil. Ollie plays in a variety of local bay area bands, leads several of his own groups and has worked in several theatrical musical productions and recording projects, including his own album Flight of Life: Scenic Route Trio which features all original compositions. He also teaches private lessons for upright and electric bass and offers arranging/transcription services.
