Hed Very brings the vibrant flavors and traditions of regional Thai cuisine to Downtown San Francisco. Named after the Isan (Northeastern Thai) word for “to make,” the restaurant celebrates authentic Thai dining through thoughtfully prepared dishes that balance bold flavors and contrasting textures.
Inspired by khao gaeng, a traditional Thai style of dining, Hed Very offers meals centered around colorful Thai rice, accompanied by a variety of curries, stir-fries, fried specialties, sauces, and desserts. Each meal offers a taste of Thailand's diverse culinary traditions.
