About the Artist
The Fox, The Folks is a multimedia artist team based in Bandung, Indonesia. We have been involved in various projects both domestically and internationally, and we specialize in 2D-style storytelling. We are determined to bring fun and fresh visuals to tell a tale that everyone can enjoy, and our work is not limited to animation but also includes video mapping, stage visuals, advertisements, and other forms of visual storytelling.
We have received several awards, including the Asian Cinematography Award in 2019, the Grand Prize for Mapping From Home Indonesia in 2020, the Grand Prize and the Audience Award of One Minutes Projection Mapping Competition in Tokyo, Japan in 2021, and the First Prize Winner of Schlosslichtspiele 2022 in Karlsruhe, Germany. We have been invited to various international events, hoping to inspire the world with our distinct and authentic visual storytelling.

"A Winter Tale"
"A Winter Tale" is the epitome of winter occasion, a contrast of balance, the warm seeker within cold weather, and a joyful yet melancholy moment. As the wind weaves gently, the blazing red and gold tree start turning color gradually, welcoming the shifting season. A joyful winter tale of the awakened Frost Giant, the excitement over tiny sparks turns into an amusement park. As the weather gets colder, inside the cabin he sits while his playful heart beats faster and warmer, cheerfully turning the room into a roller coaster. Gracefully shift everything into a glazing, sparkling and shining interior. Dancing and blasting with the blaze, a contrast of color filled the space. Until finally the dawn approached, He flew and cast his final touch. The Frost Giant passionately showed gratitude, transforming the village into an ethereal beauty, a gift to overcome his solitude. Shimmering a blanket of thin snow, a stunning pattern cast upon the window. Where he finally decides, his final moment to reside, in the midst of the town, rebirth into a giant snowman memoir, where the warm and cold gathered.
