Marketing & Events
We’re committed to telling the story of Downtown San Francisco.
Downtown is the historic heart and economic core of San Francisco. Through strategic marketing and vibrant events, we work to promote the businesses, restaurants, and institutions that make our district a premier cultural destination. With a combined reach of over 3 million annually across Downtown SF Partnership's website, social media platforms, and email campaigns, we make it easy and accessible for visitors and residents to discover everything downtown San Francisco has to offer.

Signature Events & Programming
Beyond our routine programming, the Downtown SF Partnership hosts large-scale signature events throughout the year designed to drive economic vitality for our businesses, showcase downtown as a cultural hub, and provide accessible opportunities for people to explore our city. Because in a place with such a rich history, there's always something new to discover.
Drag Me Downtown
Every year throughout the month of June, Downtown SF Partnership hosts a series of fierce, free pop-up drag shows at venues across downtown San Francisco. This sequin-studded series not only promotes local businesses and raises money for local LGBTQ+ nonprofits, but also serves as an important reminder that downtown SF is a welcoming space for all.
