Born in San Francisco and raised in the Bay Area, Lilian manages the Downtown SF Partnership's website and social media platforms as the Digital Marketing Specialist. She also provides coordination for events and support for special projects. Lilian is a graduate of the University of California San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in international business. She holds a marketing certificate from the University of California San Diego Extension Program. Lilian has a background in business administration with experience working in nonprofits. Her interests focus on accessibility design, community development, and social good. Outside of work, Lilian is discovering new dining spots, gardening, reading, and volunteering, reflecting her commitment to both personal growth and community engagement.
